About Hoot-N-Holler

Hoot-N-Holler is held every year in preparation for the “Lone Star Showdown” football game between the Aggies of Texas A&M and rival Longhorns of University of Texas. In odd years the game is held at Kyle Field in College Station and Hoot-N-Holler is hosted by the Nueces County A&M Club at a location of our choice. In even years the game is held at Darrel K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin and Hoot-N-Holler is hosted by the Corpus Christi Chapter of Texas Exes at a location of their choice.

2011 Hoot-N-Holler

This year’s Hoot-N-Holler had a great turnout. They may have won the game, but the Aggies definitely won the party! Since this is the last year that the Thanksgiving rivalry game will be played (for a while anyway) it was a great way for the two Clubs to end the series. This year’s Hoot-N-Holler was just what we were hoping for. Good company, good drinks and even better memories!
